Hi! I’m Lynn Dutrow, and I’m the Behavior Support Specialist at CCM. I began working in education in 1990 and joined CCM in 2011 as a founding family. In 2023 I joined the staff as a part-time school support. I love helping students, teachers, and families find positive ways to support behavior that honor the Montessori philosophy. I’m especially passionate about social-emotional learning, executive functioning, and guiding children as they develop the skills to solve problems and regulate their emotions.

One of my favorite parts of this work is partnering with teachers to create classrooms where every child feels respected and capable. I enjoy helping our school community live out the 4R’s—Respect, Responsibility, Relationships, and Resourcefulness—every day.

FUN FACTS: When I’m not at school, I enjoy cooking, reading, crocheting, and wrangling my 3 dogs and 2 goats!
