School Supply Lists

School Supply Lists for 2021-2022

Listed below are supplies by grade level that your child will use during the school year.  We appreciate your support in providing these materials for your child, however, if you are unable to purchase any of these supplies, please contact the office and we will be happy to provide the items for your child.

PRIMARY (P3-Kindergarten)

All Primary Students
Indoor shoes- only worn indoors.  (No flip flops or socks)
Backpack (large enough to hold folders but no wheels) LABELED with child’s name
Complete change of clothes (all labeled in a labeled Ziploc bag)
1 box of tissues
1 container of scent free baby wipes
1 roll of paper towels
1 set of watercolor paints
2 box laminating sheets (1 for Spanish)
1 package of glue sticks (four sticks)

Three Year Olds
2 VINYL Yellow folders
1 package of construction paper
1 box of 36 count crayons
1 set of 16oz washable tempera paints
1 package colored printer paper
1 box Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils
1 package of Crayola watercolors

Four Year Olds
2 VINYL Blue folders
1 box Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils
1 package Ocello colored sponges without scrubber
1 box chalk
1 pink eraser
1 package of Crayola watercolors
2 box of 12 count Ticonderoga pencils
1 set of 16oz washable tempera paints
1 child size pillow (no larger by 13” X 18”) and blanket (no larger than 30” X 40”) both should fit together in a 2.5 gallon Ziplock storage baggie

Kindergarten
2 VINYL Red folders
2 bottles Elmer’s glue
3 packages card stock (1 for Spanish)
1 Wire-bound Sketchbook (5.5 X 8.5 for art class)
2 Spiral Notebooks
1 package of Crayola watercolors

LOWER ELEMENTARY (1st – 3rd Grades)
Indoor shoes – only worn indoors. They are not socks with “skids” on them and should meet these requirements:
plain colors (no characters)
hard soles (no boots)
should be slip on or tied
should have backs on them (not flip flops)
Backpack (large enough to hold folders but no wheels) LABELED with child’s name
2 PLAIN vinyl folders with pockets WITHOUT your child’s name
4 black composition books WITHOUT your child’s name on them
1 package 250 count white card stock
2 packages 500 count 8.5×11 white copy paper
1 wire-bound sketchbook (5.5×8.5 with 100 pages of paper for art class)
1 package 200 count wide ruled loose leaf paper
1 package Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils (all students)
1 package 36 count crayons (first grade only)
2 packages of pink erasers (second grade only)
1 package thin dry erase markers (third grade only)
1 package of glue sticks- 3 count or more (all students)
2 boxes tissues

UPPER ELEMENTARY (4th – 6th Grades)

Masking tape
6 Journals (wide-ruled composition books) for Science, Social Studies, Grammar, Writing, Reading, Spanish (ideally, one each of the following colors; red, blue, yellow, green, purple, black)
2 Graph paper composition books for math and geometry
NOTE: We hope that rising 5th and 6th graders will return with the journals they have been using for virtual learning. It is only necessary to replace ones without room for additional work.

Specials classes supplies:
1 wire-bound sketchbook (5.5×8.5 with 100 pages for art class)
handheld pencil sharpener
glue sticks
dry erase markers

Donations to CCM:

laminating pouches (for 8.5 x 11 paper)

MIDDLE SCHOOL (7th and 8th Grades)

Individual supplies – should be labeled with your child’s name:
Earbuds or headphones
Backpack (large enough to hold folders but no wheels)
3 PLAIN vinyl folders with pockets – one red, one green, and one your choice
Your choice of college-ruled spiral notebooks (Think about what will work best for you from suggestions below):
– FOUR spiral notebook for four subjects [red for english language arts, blue
for social studies, green for science, yellow for math]
– TWO spirals (red for ELA & social studies, green for science and math)
– ONE “five-subject” spiral notebook for all four subjects
1 pencil pouch large enough to hold a few writing utensils, erasers, and a calculator (optional if you don’t want to use classroom calculators)
2 Wire-bound Sketchbooks (5.5” x 8.5” with 100 pages for art class)
Locker organizer – wire shelf for organizing materials (optional)
