I have been an educator for more than 20 years and I am very happy to be teaching at CCMPCS. The Montessori method resonates with me because it is grounded in a deep respect for children.
I have a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University and a master’s degree in education leadership from George Mason University. My Montessori certificate is from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. I have experience teaching in private and public schools and have taught in Dallas, TX, Arlington, VA, Washington, DC, and Alexandria, VA.
I enjoy reading, cooking, watching Netflix, and spending time with my rescued goldendoodle, Luna. My students are often surprised to learn that I love spiders and their webs!
