Hello to the Carroll Creek Montessori Community! My name is Kathleen Connors-Brady, and I am a lower elementary (1st to 3rd grade) teacher here. I absolutely love the 6 to 9 age range. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher and earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development from Frostburg State University to bring that dream into reality. I also earned a Master’s degree in Montessori Education and Outdoor Educational Leadership.
To give a little background on myself, I grew up in downtown Frederick, attending FCPS schools, and I loved every minute of my experience. I feel honored to now be paying forward the amazing educational experience this county provided me.
I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an amazing staff and community here at Carroll Creek Montessori Public Charter School.
