My name is Buffy Kamnikar and I am the new counselor here at Carroll Creek Montessori. I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to join this community. I am here part-time, in the office approximately 9am-1pm everyday.
By focusing on the individual I am better able to make genuine connections with the students to foster trust and growth. Over the course of the rest of the year I will be checking in with students, running small group sessions & delivering classroom guidance lessons.
My goal as a counselor is to aid in the development of personal, academic & social/emotional needs for all our students here at CCM. In addition I am here as a resource for families as well as our students. Please feel free to email or call me if you have questions or concerns.
